Light painting photography is a creative photographic technique where light is used as a "brush" to create artistic patterns, shapes, or effects within a long-exposure shot. By using a slow shutter speed in a dark environment, photographers can move a light source (such as a flashlight, LED, or sparkler) to "paint" light into the frame.
